Job Details
Johns Hopkins Carey Business School invites applications for a postdoctoral fellowship position to support the work of the Gender & Work Initiative that officially launched in December 2024. The Initiative, co-directed by David Smith and Colleen Stuart, aims to produce world-class research focusing on the relational and structural mechanisms underlying gender inequality in organizations and labor markets. We are seeking candidates specializing in the academic areas of organizational theory and behavior, with a particular emphasis on gender and organizations.

- This is a full-time research position.
- The position is a two-year appointment with the possibility of extension.

As a part of the Management and Organization area, the successful candidate will interact with a collegial group of faculty members who are actively publishing in top management and disciplinary journals and have varied interests including management and organizational behavior, organization theory, strategy, psychology, and healthcare management.

Qualified candidates must have:
- A PhD degree in organizational behavior, organizational theory, strategy, sociology, psychology or a related field conferred by employment start date.
- Demonstrated a strong commitment to academic research.
