UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN: The Department of Sociology invites applications for a tenure-track appointment at the level of Assistant Professor, to begin August 25, 2025. The position, which will have a university year appointment, is open, with a priority focus on quantitative methodology and/or race, and secondary interests in health, law/carcerality, education, and/or environmental justice (GEN, Assistant Professor). We are seeking candidates who have demonstrated exceptional promise in sociological research and teaching. For more information please see http://www.lsa.umich.edu/soc/people/openings.
